Playtech and OlyBet Team Up

OlyBet is an online gambling company that already operates 18 online slot sites, mostly in Estonia. Owned by Olympic Casino Eesti Ltd, OlyBet has been looking for a new provider of online gambling software for some time, and it seems that OlyBet has now decided that Playtech fits the bill.

OlyBet is a rebranded online gambling offering from Olympic Casino, with the original incarnation of this online casino provider being established in 1993. OlyBet has been hoping to expand further into the European market, and has been working towards putting together a new range of online gambling games, that it seems will now be powered by the Playtech developed online casino software.

The deal, once signed, sealed and delivered, will see Playtech become the exclusive provider of online casino software to the entire group of online gambling sites that OlyBet operates, so a pretty good deal for Playtech all told.

Kaiho Ulejev, who is the General Manager over at OlyBet, has this to say about the Playtech deal, “Launching something truly unique to support our land-based casino and sports bar operations. With Playtech’s help OlyBet will be able to offer the region’s best selection of online casino games, a fantastic poker interface, a huge range of events and “the most favorable odds for sports betting.”

Speaking on behalf of Playtech, Shay Segev, who is the Chief Operations Officer, has said that, “We are pleased OlyBet has chosen Playtech as their exclusive casino provider and are confident that our offering in the casino space will allows OlyBet to reach its goals and revenue targets.”

So overall, although we don’t know the exact details of this new deal between Estonia based OlyBet and Playtech, we do know that it is an exclusive deal that will see Playtech provide its online gambling software platform to every online casino site that operates under the OlyBet brand. As we receive more information about this, and when we know how soon the deal will be finalized and actioned, we will post the news.
